ji29 Privacy Policy

ji29 ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of all registered players and visitors to the ji29 Platform. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform at ji29.org and all associated services.

This Policy is drafted in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA") of the Philippines, its implementing rules and regulations, and the guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). It also reflects ji29's obligations under applicable PAGCOR licensing requirements pertaining to player data management.

By registering an account on ji29, using the Platform's services, or accessing any ji29 content, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through the ji29 Platform is the operator of ji29.org. ji29 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and bears accountability for how that data is handled.

A registered Data Protection Officer ("DPO") has been designated within ji29's organisational structure in accordance with NPC requirements. ji29 collects personal data from you directly and automatically in the course of providing Platform services. The categories of data collected are as follows:

• Username and encrypted password
• Preferred currency (Philippine Peso or USDT)

3.2 KYC and Verification Data

• Government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's license, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Source of funds documentation, where required under AML procedures
• Selfie or liveness-check images, where required by the KYC process

3.3 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya account identifiers associated with deposits and withdrawals
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) used for withdrawals
• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for USDT transactions
• Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, wager amounts, winnings)

3.4 Technical and Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geographical location
• Device type, operating system, and browser version
• Login timestamps and session durations
• Game activity logs (games played, bet sizes, outcomes)

3.5 Communications Data

• Records of live chat conversations with ji29 support staff
• Email correspondence between you and ji29

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ji29 relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

• Consent: Where you have given explicit, informed consent — for example, agreeing to receive marketing communications at the time of registration or at a subsequent opt-in.
• Contractual necessity: Processing necessary to fulfill ji29's contractual obligations to you under the Terms & Conditions — including account management, payment processing, and game delivery.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine law — including PAGCOR regulatory obligations, AML regulations, and NPC data governance requirements.
• Legitimate interest: Processing that serves ji29's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, Platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out on other legal bases.

ji29 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

6.1 Service Providers

ji29 works with trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements. These include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT payment gateways), KYC identity verification services, fraud detection technology providers, IT infrastructure and hosting providers, and customer support platform operators.

6.2 Regulatory Authorities

ji29 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive. ji29 will not notify you of such disclosure where doing so would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Partners

Where ji29 is required to share data with responsible gaming support organisations or to cross-reference self-exclusion registers, it will do so under strict confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary to protect player welfare.

ji29 retains personal data for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to overriding legal retention requirements:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship with ji29.
• KYC documentation and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML regulatory requirements.
• Customer support correspondence: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn plus 12 months for audit purposes.
• Technical logs: Retained for up to 12 months unless required longer for security investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ji29 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with established data disposal procedures.

ji29 implements technical, organisational, and administrative security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Key measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and ji29 servers.
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and financial records.
• Secure password hashing using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms — ji29 staff cannot retrieve your plaintext password.
• Role-based access controls restricting access to personal data to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for internal systems handling player data.
• Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements.

ji29 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognise your browser, maintain your session, and improve your experience.

9.1 Types of Cookies Used

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function — including session management, login authentication, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and account configuration.
• Analytics cookies: Used by ji29 to understand how players navigate the Platform — including pages visited, features used, and session duration. Data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.
• Responsible gaming cookies: Support session time tracking and deposit limit enforcement mechanisms.

9.2 Managing Cookies

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality — in particular, the session management features that keep you logged in. Detailed cookie settings are available within your ji29 account preferences.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by ji29. To exercise any of these rights, contact ji29's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 16.

ji29 will respond to all data subject requests within 15 business days. In complex cases, a 30-day extension may apply with prior notification. Some rights may be limited where ji29 has an overriding legal obligation to retain or process the data — for example, KYC records required under PAGCOR regulations.

If you are dissatisfied with ji29's response to a data subject request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

ji29 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The ji29 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process and is completed before any real-money gaming access is enabled.

If ji29 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR compliance procedures. If you believe a person under 21 has registered on ji29, please notify our Data Protection Officer immediately.

In the course of operating the ji29 Platform, certain personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines — for example, where third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting providers or KYC technology vendors) operate data infrastructure in other countries.

Where such transfers occur, ji29 ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines. These safeguards include contractual obligations on receiving parties consistent with Philippine data protection standards. ji29 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.

With your consent, ji29 may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, and platform updates via email or SMS. This consent is obtained during registration and can be withdrawn at any time through your account settings or by contacting support directly.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, ji29 will continue to send you transactional communications that are necessary for the operation of your account — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, and material changes to the Terms & Conditions or this Privacy Policy.

ji29 does not share your contact details with third-party advertisers for their own marketing purposes.

The ji29 Platform may contain links to third-party game providers or integrated services. ji29 is not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of third-party providers, including game studios whose content is embedded within the Platform. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

Where third-party game content is delivered through the Platform, the game provider may receive limited technical data (such as session tokens and bet outcomes) necessary to operate the game. ji29 ensures that all game providers are subject to data processing agreements consistent with ji29's privacy obligations.

ji29 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform services. Where changes are material, ji29 will provide advance notice to registered players via email and/or an in-Platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ji29 Platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated Policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
