ji29 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ji29 online gaming platform, accessible at ji29.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

References to "ji29," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the operator of the ji29 Platform. References to "you," "your," or "the Player" refer to any registered account holder or visitor to the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with the ji29 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use ji29, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. This age restriction is non-negotiable and enforced through mandatory KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close associate of ji29 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether through ji29 directly or through a broader Philippine gaming self-exclusion program.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a ji29 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ji29 account only. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and residential address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 KYC Verification

ji29 is required under Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players before withdrawals are permitted. Acceptable documents include a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, UMID, or driver's license. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji29 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. ji29 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any losses or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials are your sole responsibility.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ji29 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its internal policy at the time. Players will be notified before any such fee is deducted.

ji29 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20). The minimum deposit is ₱100 for Philippine peso transactions. Cryptocurrency minimums are displayed at the time of transaction and depend on prevailing network conditions.

All funds deposited into your ji29 account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. ji29 reserves the right to return funds suspected of originating from third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawals may only be requested after successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer minimum is ₱500. Cryptocurrency withdrawal minimums are shown at the time of request.

ji29 processes the majority of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–6 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing additional verification.

ji29 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests. This may include requesting additional documentation to confirm the source of funds. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of such checks where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

• Withdrawals will be processed back to the original payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
• Players with active bonus wagering requirements may not withdraw until those requirements are satisfied, unless the bonus is forfeited.
• ji29 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• ji29 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance under exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud.

ji29 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion's documentation, which supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific promotional criteria at the time of the offer.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• ji29 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses credited to your account without a conscious opt-in on your part may be removed if you request this before wagering begins.

6.2 Cashback and Loyalty

Cashback is calculated on net losses over the defined promotional period and credited automatically or upon request, as specified in the promotion. Loyalty points accumulate based on qualifying wagers and can be redeemed in accordance with the current loyalty program terms, which ji29 may modify from time to time with notice to players.

All games offered on the ji29 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates, which are audited by independent testing laboratories.

ji29 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results in all games — including live dealer tables, video slots, bingo, and Ludo Quick — are determined by certified random number generators or real physical dealing processes. ji29 is not responsible for software malfunctions arising from the player's own device or internet connection.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity, ji29 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers placed during the affected period. This decision is final and not subject to dispute under this clause.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji29 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account, or opening a new account after a previous account was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international financial regulations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing valid transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographical restrictions or account bans.
• Sharing your ji29 account credentials with, or allowing access to, any other person.

ji29 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The Platform operates in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines and the National Council on Disability Affairs standards where applicable.

ji29 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible free of charge from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — maximum loss thresholds over a set period.
• Session reminders — in-platform notifications after a player-defined time period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or indefinite blocking of account access.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the ji29 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that Policy. ji29 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

All content on the ji29 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface design, software, game content, and written materials — is the intellectual property of ji29 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ji29.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji29's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ji29 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji29 accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of whether ji29 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ji29 accepts no liability for losses arising from: third-party game or payment provider outages; your internet connection or device failure; errors in data transmission beyond ji29's infrastructure; events outside ji29's reasonable control including natural disasters or government action.

You may close your ji29 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any legitimate balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

ji29 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where it reasonably determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would conflict with ji29's legal or regulatory obligations.

In the event of termination for cause, ji29 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

ji29 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ji29 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji29 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

ji29 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Compliance with PAGCOR directives and applicable Philippine law takes precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.
